Kevin helped us sell our townhouse in Redmond, and buy our current home in Snohomish. As a testament to his work, our townhouse sold in 6 HOURS at $30K OVER asking price. Why? Kevin was very thoughtful about how to "stage" the townhouse: how the townhouse should be prepared to be shown, what made for useful descriptions and what prospective buyers really didn't care for. As for our house purchase, Kevin took over for a previous buyer's agent who really had dropped the ball for us. Kevin was extremely professional and even made some helpful suggestions the seller's agent (like, showing up with keys that actually worked in the right doors when showing a house for the first time :)). Overall, an excellent experience. Too bad we don't plan to move anytime soon!
